Oliver was a seventeen-year-old boy who lived in Pax Lucis.
Oliver and Ellen were in a field when Nazi planes flew overhead. Ellen was killed, and Oliver ran away, eventually encountering Melanie Bush. He and Mel tried to rescue the Seventh Doctor, who was being held by the Germans in the vicarage. Oliver and Mel found explosives and used them to distract the Germans, allowing the Doctor to defeat them.
Oliver then decided that he would join the army the following year, so that he could kill Germans. (PROSE: Special Weapons)
