An Imperial Dalek was assigned as operator of a transmat in the Coal Hill cellar during the Shoreditch Incident. When the Seventh Doctor interfered with the transmat, the operator appeared and advanced towards him and Ace, the former having anticipated the operator's presence too late. Proceeding up the staircase, Ace made it to a corridor but was intercepted by Coal Hill School headmaster Harvey Parson who, having been under Dalek control, locked the door on the Doctor, who was at the mercy of the ascending Dalek. Soon after, however, Ace unlocked the door, allowing the Doctor to escape. (TV: Remembrance of the Daleks)
