Private Oscar Phillips was a UNIT soldier, under Colonel Lafayette, during an incident with the Reborn Master. He reported the Mind Leeches to Lafayette and Elizabeth Klein. This led him to lose his mind and be in a constant coma. (AUDIO: Dominion)
