Otoo Di Catania was a temporal agent from Rome.
He was sent to 1999 to ensure that a Beryllium chip was in San Francisco by the end of the year. He enlisted Calum Bence of Department M to make sure the task would be done.
Upon meeting Bence, he saw that his body had been occupied by Bill Bishop. Hesitant to trust Bill at first, Catania looked and saw that Bill came from 2011, and knew that he must succeed in Bence's mission.
Arranging a meeting in Dudley, Bishop handed the chip over, and Catania, divulged his true identity to him. (PROSE: The Danger Men)
