Paediatric Facility K99 was a Kaled children's hospital located on Skaro during the Thousand Year War. Davros took control of the facility and used it a laboratory, where he experimented on all Kaled children under the age of five years old, turning them into the very first Daleks. (AUDIO: Guilt)
