Pan Connell was a scavenger in the London Underground. He lived on the Northern Line. He used to be a pharmacist. He was annoyed at the scraps that Cerise Davies had collected. He also collected puddle water. He rated the Sixth Doctor and Flip Jackson to the Knight Marshal. Because of this, he and Cerise were given access to an executive suite. He was promoted to a knight. With his new job, he reduced the drugs in the water to allow the population to revolt. (AUDIO: Antidote to Oblivion)
