Pandorastrumnelliahanfloriana was a Time Lord who developed a theory that if the psychic reduplication processes used by the Friars of Pangloss were ever used on the fringe of normal space, the process would suffer a severe dysfunction. The Seventh Doctor found this theory in the TARDIS databanks and used it to defeat the Friars. (PROSE: Tragedy Day)
