A paramedic was a Cell 114 sleeper agent posing as a human. When activated, he killed the driver of an oil tanker, parked the tanker under a flyover and planted a bomb to blow up an underground fuel pipeline. However, his plan failed and he was killed by the bomb. (TV: Sleeper)
