Paravatar
Paravatar was a retired time traveller by the time the Fifth Doctor met him. A time sensitive, he moved to Indonesia and became a guru, giving others a different perspective on life by using his experience as a time sensitive. According to James O'Meara, "He's worth a listen." The perspective he sold was that all moments of time happened at once; all events have happened, and will happen again. "Therefore death is meaningless."
He noticed a problem in time in 1957, and recognised the Common Men as its source, or at least related to the issue, and thus organised a private seminar with them in 1967 Wales. By then, he hadn't time-travelled in decades. Together with the Doctor, he hypnotised the Common Men, and found out that they were all aliens. (AUDIO: 1963: Fanfare for the Common Men)
