Doctor Paul Bell was a medical professional who attended a panel at Washington DC City Hall during the Miracle.
Dr Bell questioned why Howard at Mass General was asking for more antibiotics. He understood that increase reliance on antibiotics would lead to more and more drug-resistant organisms.
Bell compared dissected a human arm and compared telomeres after regular intervals; from this he discovered that they were shortening. He deduced that despite being immortal, humans were still ageing. (TV: Rendition)
