Paul Grist (born 20 January 1939[1]) played Bill Filer in the Doctor Who television story The Claws of Axos.
He shared his memories of the story on the documentary Axon Stations!.

Paul debuted in an episode of The Avengers episode titled "The Radioactive Man" in 1961, after which he appeared in Emergency – Ward 10, The Champions, Dixon of Dock Green, Z-Cars, Barlow at Large and Survivors. His final known acting credit was in an episode of Blake's 7 in 1979.
