Peggy Brooks

Peggy Brooks was a scientist looking at the Messier 91. She was leader of the team of a telescope observatory. She was annoyed when one of Gesima Cazalet's experiments put the whole observatory in danger. She thought the Fourth Doctor and Leela were spies, and was very suspicious of them. She disobeyed the Doctor's orders about the telescope. (AUDIO: Night of the Stormcrow)
