Pendolin
Pendolin was the curator of the Time Museum. He wanted to get the First Doctor into his museum, but due to limits on his time scoop he could only get Ian Chesterton as he was the first male traveller with the Doctor. He wanted to hear all of Ian's memories and recreated them in the museum but the two were then chased through the museum by ghostly voices that seemed to eat memories. Finally, Ian realized that it was actually Pendolin who was feeding off his memories and the voices were his previous victims. Pendolin originally created the museum to feast on the visitors' memories until some died and nobody came anymore. To prevent Pendolin from using the time scoop and being let loose upon the universe, Ian let the voices attack Pendolin. While Ian escaped, Pendolin remained trapped in the museum where the voices repeatedly feasted on his memory, soon believing himself to be Ian. (AUDIO: The Time Museum)
