Percy Talbot was a member of the Talbot family and a close relative of Ann Talbot. He lived in Worcester.
Ann was surprised at her own physical resemblence to the Doctor's companion, Nyssa. Upon meeting her, Ann presumed she was from Worcester also and asked if she had "an uncle Percy". (TV: Black Orchid)
