Pete Bunton
Detective Inspector Pete Bunton was a policeman who considered running for police commissioner before he shot and killed a university student named Farooq Sadiki. The police claimed that it was a raid gone wrong but the British press claimed that it was a racially-motivated crime. Bunton claimed that he had blacked out. He was murdered by Red Doors, who made it look like a suicide.
Whilst the Sorvix had been experimenting with having Helen White hypnotise policemen as part of Ro-Jedda's plan to have policing outsourced, Bunton killed Sadiki of his own accord. Before outsourcing policing to 3Sol, Ro-Jedda made a statement claiming that Bunton and Andy Davidson had both been part of an anti-terrorist mission, clearing their names. (AUDIO: The Empty Hand)
