Petra Dank, also known as "the Black Widow of Cep Zoltha", was a prisoner incarcerated on Space Station X-R orbitting the planet Nowhere during the Dalek-Human War. When the Daleks captured the station to rescue a Dalek Supreme, they used Petra's brain-waves as raw material for Dalek Battle Computers, alongside those of Ook "Star Burner" Rowann.
