Phil Clarke

Phil Clarke was the director and producer of the Doctor Who BBC Radio dramas The Paradise of Death and The Ghosts of N-Space. In 2006, he served as props buyer for the Torchwood television stories Captain Jack Harkness and End of Days, released in 2007.
