Phillip Burridge was a resident of Hexen Bridge and a petty criminal.
Matthew Hatch had him break into Rebecca Baber's house to look for evidence of her connection to the bombing of the Proteus Research building. He was later killed by one of Jerak's scarecrows. (PROSE: The Hollow Men)
