Phillip Green

Phillip Green worked in security for Perseus Corporation. He was assigned to deal with a hacker attack at Perseus' subsidiary company, Perseus Dynamics.

He and David Gordon, also in security, were interested in deflecting the UN's attention from Perseus' illegal project. They were suspicious of the Eighth Doctor's credentials when he arrived acting as an investigator for Conflict Management Oversight. Green and Gordon intended to plant evidence that rogue hackers in China were involved in the attack, but the Doctor discovered Perseus' illegal project. (PROSE: Thinking Warrior)

Though Green appeared to be human, he was in fact a Perseus Corporeal. When Perseus was defeated, Green and two other Corporeals were transported by the Eighth Doctor to a government dialogue. However, the people carrier went off the road and the three Corporeals died. (PROSE: The Ethereal)
