Pickens

Pickens was a friend of Thomas Brewster who assisted him in his robberies of scientific paraphernalia in London in 1867. Together, they stole the electromagnetic field generator from the Fifth Doctor while he resided at 107 Baker Street. They lived together in a storage area in the London Underground near Great Portland Street station. He told Nyssa in regards to Brewster, "I like him. More than he likes me, if you know what I mean."
