The Federation of Worlds, referred to informally as the Planetary Federation or Galactic Federation, was one of the four major powers in Mutter's Spiral in the 82nd century. It was run by a president. The Federation, along with the Draconians, the Dalek Empire and the Cybermen, fought the Skeletoid invasion of the galaxy. (COMIC: Kane's Story, Frobisher's Story)
