Pompey Barracks was a place that had automatic sliding doors in which Harry Sullivan got his nose caught, ostensibly during his military career prior to meeting the Fourth Doctor. (TV: The Ark in Space)

Unremarked in DWU fiction is the fact that Pompey is a nickname for Portsmouth, and so he's really talking about the barracks at HMNB Portsmouth.
