The Prime Minister's office was the office of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom located within 10 Downing Street. It contained a red telephone.
Disguised as Acting Prime Minister Joseph Green, Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen took to the Prime Minister's office with his fellow Slitheen, where they awaited a call from the United Nations that would grant them nuclear weapons which they intended to use to destroy the Earth for profit. They were thwarted when 10 Downing Street was struck by harpoon missile UGM-84A, destroying the building and resulting in the deaths of all the gathered Slitheen (TV: World War Three) with the exception of Blon Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen, who used a teleport to escape.
