The Thirteenth Doctor was captured by a Judoon cold case unit and sentenced to "whole of life imprisonment" to the Judoon's maximum security facility, both for going against the Division as the Fugitive Doctor, and for an additional 7000 charges against her. When reunited with the Doctor, Jack used a temporal-freezing gateway disinhibitor bubble to return to Jack's cell, then making use of his vortex manipulator to teleport back to the Doctor's TARDIS.
