Project SWORD is a line of toys which spawned a series of comics and short stories published in TV Century 21 and adjacent publications, such as Project SWORD Annuals.
Elements of the series include the titular organisation, Project S.W.O.R.D., and its commander, Bill Janson.

Despite being partially published in TV Century 21 - a magazine where all fiction published within shares a universe (including the former The Daleks comic strip), only one work of fiction crosses elements of the Project SWORD series over with elements of the Doctor Who universe.
This crossover occurred in the 21 feature 21 Testing..., where readers were asked to answer several questions, with an in-universe framing. One question pertained to the commander of Project S.W.O.R.D., while a later question touched upon Unity City, first introduced in The Daleks comic strip.
