Project: Who was a two-part documentary series produced by BBC Radio 2 and broadcast in March 2005 as part of Radio 2's Countdown to Who season of programming. Written and produced by Malcolm Prince, the two parts were called "Bigger on the Inside" and "Reverse the Polarity". Each hour-long instalment explored behind-the-scenes issues involved in resurrecting Doctor Who for 21st century audiences.

The series was originally advertised as being presented by Patrick Stewart. (DWM 353) In the end its narrator was Anthony Head, who would later guest star on the series and be the longest-serving presenter of Doctor Who Confidential.

In May 2005, BBC Audio released the two episodes - along with 30 minutes of unbroadcast material - as the 2-CD set Project: WHO?.
