Prototype Death Ray (TV: Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror)

Prototype Death ray was invented by Nikola Tesla. In the 1900s, Ryan Sinclair found it in the Wardenclyffe laboratory while getting ready to defend Wardenclyffe from the Skithra. Team TARDIS planned to use it during the battle. When the Skithra destroyed the door of the laboratory, Graham O'Brien tried to activate it, but the prototype burnt out.
