Psychic Surveyor was a scouting position within Sontaran hierarchy, part of the Psychic Command (TV: War of the Sontarans) and subservient to Commanders. Kragar was a Psychic Surveyor under the command of Ritskaw. He went on a fact-finding mission regarding the Flux, later reporting his findings to Ritskaw. (TV: The Halloween Apocalypse)
