Damp psychic paper could generate psychic mould. A patch of such mould grew on the Tenth Doctor's psychic paper diary. It took the form of Christina de Souza, but had a personality that was a composite of the people about whom the Doctor had written. (PROSE: Keeping up with the Joneses)
