Psycho-temporal feedback was, in the words of the Second Doctor, "a collision of possibilities manifesting in a particularly receptive mind."
Katarina experienced a form of psycho-temporal feedback in an alternate timeline in which the First Doctor's TARDIS landed on Urbinia instead of Kembel. This prevented Katarina's death above Desperus but she continued to have dreams and nightmares depicting her demise, alongside visions of the Second Doctor calling out to her.
