Pyongyang was a city in Asia.
In the 2000s Coldfire Construction put up a reactor in Beijing. This was causing a massive loss of power in Beijing which was spreading south towards Kunming, Shanghai, Pyongyang and Tokyo. (TV: Revenge of the Slitheen [+]Loading...["Revenge of the Slitheen (TV story)"])
