Quantum lances were weapons used by the Veltrochni. They had the power to penetrate a planet's crust and cause a devastating eruption, but they were primarily designed to be used against the Tzun. The Tzun stormblades had hulls were made of Terullian and were protected by graviton shielding. (PROSE: The Dark Path)
