Queen Mum was the mother of Rudolph, the Crown Prince of Goritania in the 1780s. She didn't like Donna Noble that much and despised her decisions. She suggested that the Tenth Doctor might have been a card shark, an ageing gigolo or a window salesman. (AUDIO: Death and the Queen)
