Radford
Radford was one of five time sensitives operating in an alternate version of 1984. He was aware of the changes that brought about his timeline, and was supportive of them happening.
When Emily Blandish arrived in 1984, he took over her interrogation. He quickly discovered from a newspaper she carried that she had travelled through time with Honoré Lechasseur.
With his abilities, Radford saw that he was to travel back in time to 1949 with Emily and kill her. The two of them shared their connection and travelled back. Emily, aware of this future, attacked Radford the moment they arrived. Touching him once more, they headed back towards 1984. Emily let go of him during the journey and he faded into the blue energy around them. (PROSE: The Winning Side)
