Rakkonoids were a race of galactic techno-thieves. They had green skin, pointed dome heads, big yellow eyes and antennae.
In the year 5,000,000,000, a group of Rakkonoids attacked an astro-race to bring Skip Pyleen on board their ship. He had offered to sell them the secrets of the Hyposlip 500 Lightspeed-Podule's technology. The Tenth Doctor discovered the plot and piloted the ship to the authorities, who arrested Skip and the Rakkonoids. (COMIC: Death Race Five Billion)
