Randolph Carter was a fictional character in the works of H. P. Lovecraft. The Sixth Doctor and Flip encountered him when they were in Lovecraft's mind, this version saved them from the Shoggoth. He accompanied the Doctor and Flip through the realm. (AUDIO: The Lovecraft Invasion)
