Sir Ranulf Fitzwilliam was an English knight, the husband of Isabella Fitzwilliam and the father of Hugh Fitzwilliam.
He had given his entire fortune to King John to aid the Crusades, and was distraught when the King demanded more. In March 1215, the Fifth Doctor offered Ranulf his help, but the Tremas Master eventually turned him against the Doctor. (TV: The King's Demons)
