Raymond Heath

Raymond Heath was a civil engineer.
In 1997 he was working at one of Lord Edward Greyhaven's refineries. He was forced with others at the refinery to make the Red Death. Heath was able to escape and inform UNIT about what was happening. (PROSE: The Dying Days)
