Red Code was used by TV Century 21 and the Universal Secret Service to encrypt messages.
In February 2065, TV21 published an assignment for all USS special agents which was printed in Red Code. It asked readers to tell Twenty One if they would like a trip in Fireball XL5. (COMIC: Power Play)
