Redred was a member of the Prydon Chapterhouse Guard around the time that the First Doctor left Gallifrey (or 673 years before the Seventh Doctor returned to Gallifrey). He was sent on a mission to the House of Lungbarrow and became trapped within its transmat when the House was buried. (PROSE: Lungbarrow)
