Reg was a man who sold fish at Billingsgate Market in the 1890s. He was friends with Charlie.
After Charlie was fired from his job at the Wright Factory, he came to market to tell Reg. Jenny Flint overheard some of their conversation and was intrigued. (PROSE: The Fear Factory)
