Rhydian

Rhydian was a member of Torchwood Three in the 1940s alongside Doctor Tilda Brennan, Greg Bishop, Llinos King, and freelance agent Jack Harkness.
In August 1941, Rhydian worked as a receptionist at the The Hub. He and Llinos King were drugged by Tilda, who held Greg hostage at gunpoint. Jack managed to kill Tilda when she was possessed by the Light. (PROSE: The Twilight Streets)
