The Rigelian fleet commander was a male Rigelian military officer. He spoke with K9 Mark I about the disappearance of the Rigelian Seventh Fleet, calling it "a total impossibility" and demanding that he find it. After K9 returned from his mission, the commander provided him with a replacement for K-NEL, which had been sacrificed to destroy Omegon. (PROSE: K9 and the Time Trap)
