Robert Gibson worked for MI5 and was a colleague of Harry Sullivan. In 1998, he was part of the investigation of the connection between I2 and Little Brothers. Gibson helped the Fourth Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith stop the Voracians from taking over the Earth. (PROSE: System Shock)
