He often said that one could tell that they were getting older when the members of the High Council began looking younger, a saying that Romana repeated to Braxiatel. He approved of very little. When the Romana from an alternate Gallifrey mentioned that her own father didn't approve of her marriage to Andred nor anything else, Romana agreed that he hadn't before quickly correcting the statement and claiming she meant fathers in general.
