Royal Street Vampires was the nickname for two murderers known as John Carter and his brother, Wayne Carter. They were students of Elizabeth Bathory and practiced blood sacrifice in the pursuit of magical power. One of their victims was Evangeline Lechasseur. (PROSE: The Sideways Door)
