Ruath's TARDIS
Ruath's TARDIS was a TARDIS she stole from Gallifrey. Ruathadvorophrenaltid stole the TARDIS from the Capitol on Gallifrey. She used it to retrieve Yarven and travelled around mostly Earth in 1993, crossing her time stream a couple of times in the process. (PROSE: Goth Opera [+]Loading...["Goth Opera (novel)"])
Exterior[[edit] | [edit source]]
Materialising first on a roof top in Manchester in 1993 it took the form of a rooftop pylon, with a red light atop it.
Next materialising in Croatia taking on the shape of an old well.
Materialising in possible future her TARDIS took on the form of a large white rock.
Then, as a base for Yarven and the vampires she materialised her TARDIS as a castle outside of Manchester in 1993 known as "Castle Yarven". It had a moat, and internal rooms as part of its chameleon circuit induced form. In this form the Fifth Doctor was able to modify his TARDIS's key to gain entry to the castle form, without passing through the moat.
Dematerialising the TARDIS from Earth the Fifth Doctor took it to a planet with a short day-night cycle, upon materialisation he altered the chameleon circuit to alter the TARDIS's form to simply a large flat open metal disc; exposing all who had been within the castle's walls to the outside environment.
After allowing the vampires to burn in the sunlight the Doctor adjusted the chameleon circuit controls, returning the TARDIS to regular internal layout, and externally a white box.
The Doctor programmed the TARDIS on a timer to return to Gallifrey. Before he could do so Ruath used a "chameleon circuit trick" to transfer between TARDISes, extending a liquid arm from her TARDIS to his to allow her to transfer between the two without exiting hers. Interior[[edit] | [edit source]]
Ruath's TARDIS console room had oak panelling with elegant black leather padding. The console was silver and black, with burnished metal and slate-like work surfaces. The central column was silver.
There was a panel in the ceiling with a hammock made of a silver material, connected to an umbilical of twisted pipes leading to it. Designed for a body, Ruath put the vampire Yarven within it, a plastic screen inflated when he was placed within; nutrients filling the umbilical of tubes.
