Not getting the promotion that he expected, Norton Folgate downgraded to a house soon to be demolished in Russell Square. He told Andy Davidson and Gideon Lyme that the reason that it was to be demolished was because it was "letting down" Russell Square, but he implied that that was already being done by people having sex in the bushes.
