Sally (The Sontaran Stratagem)
Sally was a neighbour of Donna Noble and a friend of Wilfred Mott. (TV: The Sontaran Stratagem, The End of Time) She belonged to a Bridge Club. (TV: The End of Time)
Sally lived in Chiswick, London. In 2009 Donna Noble travelled a while with the Tenth Doctor until she came back to Chiswick. The first person she met was her neighbour Sally. Sally mentioned that she hadn't seen Donna for days. Donna replied that she had been away. (TV: The Sontaran Stratagem)
Sally was a member of the Silver Cloak, a group of pensioners who wanted to help Wilfred Mott to find the Tenth Doctor. Wilfred wanted to convince the Doctor to make Donna remember her time with the Doctor. When the group found the Doctor, Sally and the others took pictures with the Doctor. (TV: The End of Time)
