Salthmanika was a Draconian lorry driver and part of the Empress' Hand.
She and her daughter traveled to Montavadros in order to attend the Nikhol Vakarshta retreat. Shortly after arriving she was murdered and replaced by a Mim shapeshifter. The Mim later went on to murder her daughter and several of the other Draconians involved in the retreat. (PROSE: The Loyal Left Hand)
